Preventive Cardiology Memberships · Pulse Perfect

Your cardiologist. Your longevity partner. All year.

A year-round preventive cardiology membership,  not a once-a-year appointment.

Most people see a cardiologist when something is wrong. Our members work with Dr. Arpit Patel long before that point.

As a Pulse Perfect Preventive Cardiology member, you receive direct physician access, advanced diagnostics, and personalised cardiovascular strategies designed to keep you healthier for longer,  not reactive healthcare.

Marquis Who’s Who

Symptoms needed to discover what’s building in your arteries

A different philosophy

Preventive cardiology was never meant to be
a once-a-year conversation

Traditional healthcare waits…

  • Wait for symptoms
  • Wait for referrals
  • Wait for appointments
  • Wait for results
  • Wait Again

By the time many cardiovascular problems become obvious, they’ve often been developing silently for years..

Pulse Perfect Membership was created around a different philosophy: the earlier you understand your cardiovascular health, the more opportunities you have to improve it.

This isn’t a membership built around appointments. It’s built around an ongoing relationship with a physician who understands your health, follows your progress, and adjusts your strategy as your body changes..

Pulse Perfect was built around a different premise: that the best time to understand your cardiovascular health is before you have a reason to worry about it. Pulse Perfect preventive cardiology membership gives you direct access to Dr. Patel, no gatekeepers, no eight-minute slots, no fragmented reports that nobody explains.

Membership inclusions

What's included in your membership

Six pillars of year-round preventive cardiology, built into every Pulse Perfect membership.

Your journey begins with an in-depth 60-minute consultation with Dr. Patel — including ECG, cardiovascular risk evaluation, medical history review, and personalised planning.

Unlike traditional practices, you’re not limited by appointment availability.

  • Unlimited office consultations
  • Unlimited telemedicine appointments
  • Priority physician messaging
  • Ongoing medical guidance throughout the year

Access to advanced testing rarely available through traditional cardiology practices.

Coronary CT Angiography (CCTA)

VO₂ max testing

DEXA body composition

Biological age assessment

Advanced lipid analysis

ApoB & Lp(a)

Nutrigenomics

Comprehensive biomarker panels

Health isn’t static. Neither is your programme. Your biomarkers are reviewed throughout the year to monitor progress, identify trends, and adjust recommendations before small issues become larger problems.

A fully personalised cardiovascular roadmap. Rather than focusing on one test result or one appointment, your blueprint combines imaging, biomarkers, lifestyle, genetics, and metabolic health into a practical action plan that evolves throughout the year.

Heart health extends far beyond prescriptions. Physician-guided recommendations covering nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, weight optimisation, recovery, and cardiometabolic health.

Who this is for

Pulse Perfect Preventive Cardiology Membership is for you if

  • You have a family history of heart disease
  • You want to detect cardiovascular disease before symptoms appear
  • You value prevention more than treatment
  • You already invest in your health and want expert guidance
  • You want direct access to your cardiologist throughout the year
  • You prefer data-driven decisions over guesswork
  • You want one physician coordinating your long-term cardiovascular strategy
What changes when you work with the right cardiologist

Five things that are different from day one.

Stop Waiting for resulys

You stop waiting for results

Most members move from initial concern to advanced imaging within 48 hours, not the four to six weeks a specialist referral typically takes.

What standard tests miss

You catch what standard tests miss

Coronary CT angiography, ApoB, Lp(a), and VO₂ max testing reveal cardiovascular risk that a standard lipid panel simply won’t show.

your numbers actually improve

Your numbers actually improve

Members following Dr. Patel’s metabolic protocols consistently see meaningful LDL reductions and VO₂ max improvements — often within the first six months.

you know your real age

You know your real age

Biological age assessment gives you a number your chronological age never could, and a clear picture of what’s moving it in the right direction.

You make better decisions

You make better decisions

Not because you’re more worried because you finally have the data to stop guessing. Clarity changes behavior. Better behavior changes outcomes.

The value of membership

The diagnostics alone are worth more than the membership.

Purchased separately, the Pulse Elite advanced diagnostic suite would run between $5,500 and $7,500,  before physician visits, direct access, real-time tracking, or the 360° blueprint.

VO₂ max & exercise prescription

Strongest predictor of long-term survival

DEXA body composition

Visceral fat, muscle mass, bone density

Coronary CT angiography

Gold standard plaque detection imaging

Nutrigenomics analysis

DNA-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategy

Biological age assessment

True aging trajectory vs chronological age

Unlimited physician access

Included
Direct messaging · quarterly reviews · real-time adjustments

Your membership includes far more than advanced diagnostics.
It provides continuous physician partnership, direct access to Dr. Patel, ongoing optimisation, and a personalised 360° Longevity Blueprint™, all designed to support your long-term cardiovascular health and longevity.

What about insurance?

  • Diagnostic testing — labs, imaging, EKG, can often be coordinated through your existing coverage
  • HSA and FSA funds may be applicable to membership fees, confirm with your plan administrator
  • Superbills available for potential out-of-network reimbursement on eligible services
  • Membership fees are not insurance-covered, and that's intentional. Operating outside insurance protocols is what allows Dr. Patel to order the right diagnostics at the right time, not when an algorithm approves them.
